find our cards in several South London Sainsburys and Tesco stores. Our normal hours of business 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday - Friday though our office will generally take calls up to and beyond 18:00pm.
With your call you can;
In most cases, get an estimate over the phone
Book a job by agreeing the cost, terms and payment details, then make an appointment
Make a provisional or a confirmed booking (a signature accepting all written estimates is required before the work commences)
Check and get feedback or update on any aspect of the work
Leave specific instructions or make particular arrangements for access, payment, and security etc.
Make credit card payment (payment by cash, cheque or card is normally expected directly on completing the work)
Commercial customers - will in addition, be required to provide a written confirmation by letter, fax or email on the organisation/companys' letterhead.

Discuss the needs and requirements so that both sides have a good understanding of the scope and limitations of the task. For small to medium size tasks this is often done over the phone. But for larger or more complex tasks often a site visit is necessary for both parties to fully understand the work involved. On site visits for estimating purposes are then followed up with a written estimate
Agree costs and method of payment, and Agree an appointment
Once on site to make a start we will scope the detail of the work again to see how the task can best be completed to everyone's satisfaction
We will complete the work and provide automatic 12 month warranty on parts and labour, and provide an NICEIC Certificate or Report as appropriate.
Finally, in accord with our records we will remind you in future of a next due date.
