Emergency Call Out
Flash Lights operate a No Call out fee policy between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm Monday - Friday but we no longer operate a 24hour coverage.
When dealing with faults the root cause is often very difficult to determine without spending time and effort, so an hourly rate for each hour or part of, plus Vat and Materials is chargeable from arrival at the property.
Fast Response - We can usually get to an emergency within 1 hour or so but most faults are not that urgent and can be attended to by a normal appointment.
Expert Attention - Faults are attended to by our professionally qualified Electricians who will carry out temporary or permanent repair and give sound advise if needed.
Make it Safe - Our first and foremost consideration is safety, we aim to make safe from known hazards including isolation from supplies if necessary, minimise inconvenience and then find temporary and long term solutions to the problem.
Fault Find - we will find and fix faults on electrical wiring and mains voltage equipment.. or otherwise recommend a solution and if necessary provide an estimate.
